Cost of Living

The College provides breakfast and dinner, Monday to Saturday (not on Sundays or public holidays), for those on catered options. Other provisions include wireless internet, coffee and tea, free washing machines and driers, a late meal option and computer suites. Rooms include utility costs, and are fully-furnished with desk, lamp, king single bed, heater, mattress protector, pillows and blankets and/or quilt. Linen is provided for casual visitors and for the first week for long-term residents.

Kathleen Lumley College thus provides an inclusive, collegial, secure and convenient living environment. Residents are free to concentrate on their studies, without having to worry about shopping, cooking or cleaning. The majority of living costs are included, unlike a private rental arrangement.
